Immaculate condition car - Spanish registered Audi A4 1.8 5v (petrol engine) with less than 45,000 km on the clock. 3 years mileage at the price of a 12 year old car.

This almost new condition car has had one British owner who only used it when visiting Spain. So consequently it has been kept in the garage for most of it's life and looks like it. The only reason it's so cheap is that he has moved to Portugal.

This lovely two bedroom two bathroom Algarve villa on Quinta do Lago is currently advertised on the Fairways Direct web site for the bargain price of 2,000 pounds (or near offer) for my January week.

You can bid on this villa for a tenth of that as I am offering it for auction on Ebay and I'm prepared to accept any bids over 200 Euros.

The villa has a total area of 140.5 square metres with a south facing terrace and has its own swimming pool and barbecue area.

Available for holidays or longer rentals this beautiful villa in Carvoeiro with a solar heated swimming pool, set in a large secluded garden, with a separate one-bedroom bungalow style garden apartment secluded by its own walled terrace.

The garden apartment is a one bedroom bungalow style cottage situated on the far side of the garden from the villa.

It is separated from my villa by a large studio (used for storage) and shady pergola and it's own patio surrounded by a private walled terrace.

The solar heated pool set in the centre of the garden, between villa and cottage also has a walled terrace with sunbeds and seating.
