Available for holidays or longer rentals this beautiful villa in Carvoeiro with a solar heated swimming pool, set in a large secluded garden, with a separate one-bedroom bungalow style garden apartment secluded by its own walled terrace.
The garden apartment is a one bedroom bungalow style cottage situated on the far side of the garden from the villa.
It is separated from my villa by a large studio (used for storage) and shady pergola and it's own patio surrounded by a private walled terrace.
The solar heated pool set in the centre of the garden, between villa and cottage also has a walled terrace with sunbeds and seating.
The bungalow apartment has a large double bedroom, it's own fully fitted kitchen-dining room, a comfortable lounge with french doors to the spacious patio, with table and chairs, sunbeds and barbecue.
There is multi channel UK satellite TV, air conditioning units, a wood burning fire, and additional heating for off season and winter holidays.

Carvoeiro is a picturesque fishing village which lies in some of the most unspoilt coastline on the Algarve. Carvoeiro itself also has a lovely beach, which obviously gets busier than the out lying beaches in summer, but out of season can be very quiet. It is popular with families who enjoy the many shops, restaurants and bars, and the boats offering trips along the coast. In summer it is a lively resort, but tight regulations have restricted development . Although small it has fine restaurants and bars, boutiques, banks, a chemist and all the shops essential for daily needs.

Located near Rio Maior, about 60 kilometers north of Lisbon, Golden Eagle Golf resort, was opened in 1994 but restricted to
members and their guests. Since August 1997 it has been open to
visitors.
